Trainer Exchange Program

The Trainer Exchange Program bridges the gap between urban expertise and rural potential. By bringing experienced professionals, sports coaches, and skill trainers to underserved communities, this initiative ensures that young people in remote areas gain access to quality training, exposure, and guidance otherwise unavailable to them.
